We have been at Il Piastrino for lunch. From the welcome to the end the service was great. Everyone was super friendly and hosting. We decided on the four courses Root Menu. The dishes of the menu and the different Amuse-Bouche were fantastic. The Lattuga alla brace, latticello e caviale is one of the best dishes we have ever had.  Thanks a million to Riccardo, Claudia and their team for this great experience.

Tappeto volante Come in una danza siamo stati accompagnati in un ritmo essenziale ed elegante dove la fantasia ha potuto scatenarsi in una vivida esperienza di puro piacere erotico, attraverso le onde di profumi e sapori nati dalla terra locale e liberati nei piatti.Il ritmo del servizio, accompagnato dal sussurro suadente della descrizione accurata, ha trasportato l&rsquo;esperienza in una bolla temporale sospesa oltre il consueto procedere della vita.

Finalmente siamo riusciti ad andare al Piastrino, ci era stato consigliato da amici ma non eravamo ancora riusciti a frequentarlo. Esperienza eccellente, abbiamo scelto la degustazione di 10 portate con abbinamento di 4 vini, tutto squisito .Location bellissima, personale gentile e molto attento , in particolare la somelier che ci ha presentato e servito i vini. Lo chef e sua moglie sono persone squisite ed accoglienti. Ripeteremo sicuramente.

We finally managed to go to the Platinum, it was advised by friends, but we had not yet been able to meet with it. Excellent experience, we chose the taste of 10 ports with a combination of 4 wines, all beautiful .Location, gentle and very careful staff , especially the somellier that presented and served the wines. The chef and his wife are a great and friendly person, and we will certainly repeat it.

In a scale from 0 to 10 I would give 11. Claudia&#39;s great professionalism and room girls able to share views on raw materials and combinations with the wine chosen. A beautiful experience!! And absolutely to try the pillow to the arm a true culinary pearl of the history of the territory... and of my family...Thank you very much for the beautiful Beppe night.
